Now I may be biased, but since I got back from a truly incredible Amalfi Coast wedding – I want to tell everyone who’s getting married that this is THE spot to do it! The Amalfi Coast is known for its breathtaking landscapes, charming towns, and stunning coastal views, making it the perfect location for a romantic and unforgettable wedding. From luxurious villas with panoramic views to historic castles nestled in the hills, these venues will 100% set your destination wedding apart from the rest.

Villa Cimbrone

Villa Cimbrone is a stunning wedding venue located in the charming town of Ravello. Nestled in the hills above the coast, the villa’s breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding countryside make you feel like you’re in a movie. And as your wedding videographer, you’re wedding video will feel like one too ;). The venue itself is a historic mansion with elegant gardens and a grand terrace overlooking the sea. The terrace is literally called the “Terrace of Infinity,” so you can imagine the type of views you get. It’s definitely the most popular spot for ceremonies and receptions because of it.

Inside, the villa features beautifully decorated rooms with high ceilings, ornate details, and antique furnishings. The venue can accommodate both intimate and grand weddings, with a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces to choose from. Whether you’re going for a formal reception in the grand ballroom or a more intimate gathering in the garden, Villa Cimbrone has the perfect setting for your dream Amalfi coast wedding.

Villa San Giacomo

If you’re looking into Positano for your Amalfi Coast wedding, and you should be, Villa San Giacomo is one of the best. The venue is a stunning mansion with a rich history dating back to 1741! So you know the architecture is off the charts. There’s beautifully manicured gardens, a grand terrace with gorgeous views of the Mediterranean Sea, and elegant indoor spaces for receptions and dinners, no matter what size wedding you’re planning for.

One of the standout features of Villa San Giacomo is its location. The venue is perched on a hillside above the town of Positano, offering panoramic views of the coast and the surrounding countryside. The gardens provide a beautiful setting for outdoor ceremonies, while the grand terrace is the perfect spot for cocktails and receptions. Inside, the villa features grand salons and dining rooms with high ceilings, antique furnishings, and opulent details. Honestly, there’s something special in just about every corner of this space. If you’re looking for a true Italian countryside wedding, this is it.

Hotel Marincanto

Hotel Marincanto is as luxurious and romantic as can be. Also in the town of Positano, the venue is for the more chic and modern couple. Don’t worry, you still get those breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding cliffs. The hotel has a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces for ceremonies and receptions, including a grand terrace with panoramic views of the coast.

One of the standout features of this hotel though is its attention to detail. The venue offers a range of wedding packages, including customizable options to ensure your special day is truly one-of-a-kind. The hotel’s own team of wedding planners and coordinators will help you plan every aspect of your celebration. From the ceremony and reception to the catering and entertainment, you’ll get low-stress wedding planning for sure!

And when it’s time to wind down after all the celebrating, the hotel’s guest rooms and suites are just as impressive as the wedding spaces. They’re spacious and modern, with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable.

Basilica di Sant’Eustachio

This historic church is a beautiful example of medieval architecture, with its soaring ceiling, elaborate frescoes, and beautiful stained glass windows. The Basilica di Sant’Eustachio has been a place of worship for centuries. It’s a super popular choice for couples looking to get married in a historic setting. But the church isn’t the only amazing space at the Basilica di Sant’Eustachio. The venue also has the most beautiful outdoor garden, which is where I’d be taking you for pre-ceremony video shots. It’s also the perfect spot for an outdoor cocktail hour with cliffside views of the coast.

Villa Treville Positano

If you’re in the mood for ultimate romance…which let’s face it, of course you are, Villa Treville might be your pick. This grand mansion is perched high on the cliffside of Positano looking out at the Tyrrhenian Sea. Not only is the location something out of a fairytale, but what makes this spot special is its organic farm! The farm to table produce fully supplies the on-site restaurants so you know you’re getting the freshest and unique ingredients to the area.

After spending time on the private beach, eating the local food and experiencing the quaint town of Positano, you can grab a couples massage at the villa’s wellness spa. When I tell you this spot truly has everything, I’m not lying. Each suite and villa are spacious and modern and have exceptional views to wake up to every morning. You’re truly never going to want to leave.
